Job Description
Roles & Responsibility:
- Requirements Analysis: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Zoho application development.
- Customization: Customize Zoho applications by configuring workflows, creating custom modules, fields, and views to align with business processes.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with other systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integration platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Automation: Develop Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and approvals, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.
- Data Management: Manage data within Zoho applications, including data import/export, data cleansing, deduplication, and ensuring data integrity and security.
- UI/UX Enhancement: Enhance user experience by designing intuitive user interfaces, creating custom dashboards, reports, and widgets to provide actionable insights.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of Deluge scripts and applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Documentation: Document code, configurations, and processes to maintain an organized repository of knowledge for reference and future enhancements.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on using Zoho applications effectively. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve user queries and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Zoho features, best practices, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
