Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation s Prospecting:
o Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
o Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
o Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.
• Customer Engagement:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
o Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
o Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Sales Process Management:
o Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contactto closing the deal.
o Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
o Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Product Knowledge:
o Maintain a deep understanding ofthe company’s IT software and hardware offerings.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
o Educate customers on the benefits and advantages ofthe products being offered.
• Reporting s Analysis:
o Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
o Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
o Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.
• Customer Service:
o Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
o Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and fosterrepeat business.
Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), BBA is required.
Experience:
o Minimum of 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
o Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.
o Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.
