sustainable growth. The primary goal of a BDM is to establish and nurture relationships that
lead to mutually beneficial partnerships and deals.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development manager to join our
team of professionals. Besides having experience in business development, we expect you to
have strong leadership skills. An entrepreneurial mindset would help you to become a unit
head in due course, once you have mastered the nuances of the industry and have hands on
exposure to building your clientele. This is more of a profession rather than an employment.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Engineer – Insurance Risk
Advisor and BD to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
conducting comprehensive risk assessments and driving sales through strategic
advisory services. This role combines technical engineering expertise with sales acumen
to deliver optimal insurance solutions for Corporates and MSME sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1)As a Risk Advisor
Understand the prospect’s business operations, process and facilities.
Identify potential hazards and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize risk.
Collaborate with clients to gather necessary data and documentation for
accurate risk analysis.
Prepare comprehensive risk assessment reports with actionable insights and
recommendations.
2) As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through direct
marketing efforts, networking, and referrals.
Pursue leads and follow through to successful closure, ensuring client satisfaction
and retention.
Present and explain insurance products and services to potential clients,
emphasizing the benefits and coverage options.
Work with the support team to ensure effective customisation of insurance
policies for the client
3) Client Advisory:
Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, understanding their unique
needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
and personalized service.
Provide expert advice on policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions to ensure
clients have a comprehensive understanding of their insurance programs.
Technical Expertise:
Leverage technical engineering knowledge to assess and understand complex
risks.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes
affecting client enterprises.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enhance risk assessment tools
and methodologies.
