Cluster Manager – Solar O&M

● Ensure optimal plant performance across all sites in the cluster.
● Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules across plants.
● Track site-level performance KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
● Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure plant and team safety.
● Ensure that O&M activities align with company processes, safety standards, and
regulatory requirements.
● Generate periodic reports from field operations, performance analytics, and
maintenance logs.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (DISCOMs, clients,
auditors).
● Plan and manage inventory for spares, tools, and consumables across all sites.
● Train, mentor, and lead site engineers and technicians.
● Support in warranty claims, AMC tracking, and equipment performance
reviews.
● Participate in internal and client meetings, sharing updates and action plans.

Qualifications

– B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, or related discipline
– Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in the solar O&M field
– Must have managed multi-site solar portfolios (preferably 50+ MW cumulative
capacity)

Skills required

● Strong technical expertise in solar PV systems and components
● Ability to manage field teams, vendors, and operational escalations
● Knowledge of SCADA systems, data interpretation, and troubleshooting
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and remote monitoring tools
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Leadership capability to handle distributed teams across locations
● Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site as needed
