Secondary: Citrix & VMWare VDI
TECHNICAL SKILL DESCRIPTION
Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows AD in multisite environment
Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Remote Desktop Services
Working experience with Dell, IBM, HP Server & Storages
Good knowledge in Windows Cluster
Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of VMWare
Good working knowledge on LAN & WAN Infrastructure
Knowledge on Gateway Security products like Sophos, Fortinet, Sonicwall, etc.
Fundamental knowledge on Mailing Systems
Basic exposure to a few of Cloud Technologies
Exposure and working experience in implementation & management of Medium to Large Company Data Center environments
Should be aware of ITIL
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as a member of Technical Support Group to be the internal escalation point for resolving problems
To be available for any technical escalations during non-business hours and weekend
Any problem resolution should be closed with RCA report and Customer concurrence
Should be a part of Presale activity as and when required
Should be available for any complex implementation projects if mandated
