Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a strong background in closing

deals, fostering client relationships, and guiding internal and client-side teams toward successful

project outcomes. This individual contributor role requires a mature, client-focused approach

and strategic decision-making abilities. The ideal candidate will not only excel at sales closure

but also support junior team members in developing proposals tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Closure: Drive successful deal closures by leveraging strong negotiation skills and a deep

understanding of the sales process, ensuring that all deals align with client objectives and

contribute to revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, long-lasting client relationships,

acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor to understand client objectives and

address needs.

Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with both internal and client-side teams to ensure

seamless project execution, managing expectations and aligning efforts toward client

satisfaction.

Strategic Sales Planning: Develop tailored sales strategies to address client pain points,

working closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions.

Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging

client needs to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and progress towards targets to

leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile:

● 5+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role, with a demonstrated record of

successful deal closures.

● 5+ years of experience in IT Sales is must with excellent verbal and written

communication skills

● Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to

clients.

● Experience in coordinating with both internal teams and client-side stakeholders to

deliver client-focused solutions.
