Jr. Engineer – Projects

Job Purpose

To create functional designs, develop and redesign existing products and perform
cross-functional activities

Job role & responsibilities
● Assist in developing the project approach
● Engaging with cross-functional teams for engineering, sourcing,
manufacturing and development activities
● Preparing detailed schedule for a complex work
● Conducting market research and evaluating similar products
● Testing prototype products for ease-of-use and improved functionality
● Redesigning existing product to reduce cost and improve longevity

Qualifications

B.E/M.E/M.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechanical & Mechatronics

Skills required

● Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
● Proficient with computer design software
● Project management
● Critical thinking and problem solving skills
● Ability to translate a design into physical product
● Leadership skills
● Communication skills
