Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation s Prospecting:

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s IT software and hardware offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Educate customers on the benefits and advantages of the products being offered.
Reporting s Analysis:
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.
Customer Service:
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), BBA is required.

Experience:
Minimum of 6 months – 4 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.
Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.
