About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React, Node.js,
and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The role involves working on new product
development, enhancing existing features, and maintaining scalable applications across
various domains such as Healthcare, HR, and Logistics.

You’ll be working closely with other developers, designers, and business analysts in a fast-
paced Agile environment, reporting to the Tech Lead or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React (Frontend)
and Node.js (Backend).
• Build reusable components, microservices, and APIs (REST & GraphQL).
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces
using TailwindCSS, SCSS, or Material UI.
• Implement global state management using Redux or MobX.
• Utilize ReactQuery, Axios, and ReactTable for efficient frontend data operations.
• Architect backend systems with Express.js and NestJS, using TypeORM and
PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Secure applications using JWT or Passport.js authentication strategies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with containerization via Docker.
• Document APIs using Swagger UI and support DevOps practices.
• Integrate with third-party services like AWS, Firebase, Stripe, and Twilio.
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and Agile ceremonies including daily
standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members and communicate with
clients as needed.
Must-Have Skills
• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and TypeScript
• Experience in DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, JWT/Passport, and Git
• Agile methodology exposure (Jira, sprints, reviews, retrospectives)
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with NestJS, GraphQL, ReactQuery, ReactTable
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit or MobX for state management
• UI experience with TailwindCSS, SCSS, or Material UI
• Familiarity with MySQL, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, and Swagger UI
• Exposure to Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, and Monorepo setups (e.g.,
TurboRepo)
• Previous experience in Healthcare, HR, or Logistics domains
• Integration experience with Firebase, Stripe, or Twilio

Qualifications
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
