Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management – Efficiently handle complex calendars, coordinate internal/external meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

∙Communication & Correspondence – Manage emails, draft responses, and communicate

professionally on behalf of the leadership team.

∙Presentation & Report Preparation – Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and

documents for leadership meetings.

∙Meeting Coordination & Follow-Ups – Organize and prepare for leadership meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure execution.

∙Travel & Logistics Management – Plan and manage domestic/international travel, including

itineraries, visa processing, and expense management.

∙Confidential Data Handling – Maintain and safeguard sensitive company and leadership-related

information.

∙Project Assistance & Research – Support in research, data analysis, and project execution as

required by leadership.

∙Office & Event Coordination – Assist in organizing leadership offsites, team-building events, and

town halls.

 

 

Qualifications & Skills:

A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

∙4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders (CXO level preferred).

∙Advanced proficiency in MS Office – especially in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

∙Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional emails and

reports.

∙Experience managing confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.

∙A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate leadership needs.

∙Strong coordination and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and

efficiently.
