Prepare monthly attendance reports according to company standards.
Update departmental overtime records, obtain approvals, calculate amounts, and complete forms based on staff activities; coordinate approval processes with managers and HODs.
Ensure timely payment of utility bills such as electricity, internet, and water etc
Coordinate procurement of cleaning supplies, stationery, and first aid kit items for branches as needed
Maintain monthly records as per the Factory Act for all branches.
Maintain a monthly document reminder system and reorder items as necessary to maintain minimum stock levels.
Ensure timely renewal of documents, software licenses, and certificates.
Maintain asset details in the Hiacc system and assign asset codes to newly acquired assets.
Arrange and Coordinate maintenance activities for office and factory equipment.Manage staff insurance and arrange marine insurance for projects.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents as requested.
Plan and execute monthly system data backups for PCs and laptops.
Coordinate arrangements for transportation, gifts, and meals for customers as requested.
Manage distribution of safety shoe, uniforms, and ID cards to staff as required.
Coordinate and arrange birthday celebrations, and acknowledge colleagues’ birthdays and anniversaries
Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed.Coordinate and book travel arrangements including flights, train tickets, and accommodations for staff.
