JOB DESCRIPTION

Position : Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Experience : 1 to 3yrs

Compensation : 15 to 18K

Location : Chennai (Anna Nagar)

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
Checking quantities take off as per GFC drawings.
Attention to drawings and BOQ details and high levels of accuracy.
Understanding of Interior project regulations and standards.
Calculate quantities of materials for projects.
Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and equipment needed for projects.
Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.

Requirements

Diploma/ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Hands on experience in AutoCad and Excel – Mandatory
