Sales Manager

Experience – Minimum 5 to 8 years in Industrial product sales.

Location – Chennai

Qualification – Mechanical, Civil & Electrical engineer with Industrial product, Project, Capital Equipment’s, Machinery Tools, Material handling equipment’s and Construction equipment sales background. Candidates with MBA degree preferred.

Language – Read, Speak & Write English must.

Speak only – Hindi must other reginal languages Preferred.

Job Description

·   Increasing client base, sales & profit.

·   Overlook operation of the product such as planning and execution.

·   Collecting payments as per company’s terms.

·       Coordinate, prepare & launch new products for the assigned market

·   Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

·   Attending conferences, meetings and industry events

·   Preparing techno-commercial quotes

·   Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration

·   Team development.

Skills Required:

·       Good Communication, Negotiation, Multi-tasking, Adaptability, Delegation & Leadership Skills & Ms Office.

·       Understanding the customer requirements, Converting Opportunities to Sales.

·       Proactiveness

·       Preselling before the tenders / enquiries with company specifications.
