JOB DESCRIPTION

Position                           : Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager

Experience                     : 4 to 6yrs / 6 to 15yrs

Compensation              : 22 to17 / (6 to 8yrs – 28 to 36K) (8 to 10yrs – 36 to 46K) (10 to 12yrs – 46 to 55K) (12 to      15yrs – 55 to 60K)

Work Environment     : On site

Work Timings                :  9 to 9

Benefits                           : Accommodation will be provided except Chennai location.

Responsibilities:

·         Making project estimation and billing

·         Handling site visit and site status updation.

·         Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.

·         Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.

·         Manage project finances and prepare financial reports.

·         Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and foster teamwork.

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Good to have experience in interior project.
·         Experience in commercial interior, corporate and turnkey projects.
