Job Description:  Accounts Executive

Manage accounts payable and receivable
Create timely and accurate accounting reports
Support and consult company’s personnel on accounting control procedures
Participate in department’s goal setting activities and month-end and year-end close processes
Support business processes and accounting policies and prepare corresponding documentation
Work together with financial and accounting manager to optimize financial operations
Handle complicated and unresolved issues from subordinates
Ability to make correspondences through e
mails
High level/degree of creativity
Knowledge of double entry system
Work on day to day accounting activities
Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly financial statements
Processing and booking of invoice, payment process, GST, TDS, vendor reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations
Working on company owned Accounting software.
Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
Manage statutory returns/paperwork
Working on data entries and vouchers on Tally ERP 9
Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Good knowledge of financial accounting statements and business trends
Good understanding of MS Office.  Advanced knowledge of Excel.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION – GRADUATION IN COMMERCE STREAM (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT). HIGHER EDUCATION CARRIES ADDITIONAL PREFERANCES
