Position : Senior Business Development Manager/BD Head
Experience : 15+ Years
Compensation : upto 1.3LPA
Work Environment : You’ll work both in an office and on-site, depending on the job. Some travel might be needed.
Reporting Location : Chennai
Roles and Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy to achieve business growth objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for Touchstone Infrastructure Solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive individual and team performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract prospects and generate leads.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their infrastructure needs, propose tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts that align with company goals.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation performance, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the business development team.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and team management, ideally within the design and build interior solutions industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
